"Refund took way too long"
I paid for my item and the money came off my card pretty much right away, but then the order just sat there as pending for ages. I did get replies from support, so it wasnt like nobody answered, but it was slow and I had to chase them a couple times.

The refund did come through in the end, but it took longer than what they told me. I wouldnt call it a scam or anything, just a really annoying payment and refund process that could be handled alot better.

"Don’t Fake the Hype"
The whole point of a review is to tell the truth after you’ve actually bought something. If you haven’t ordered from them and experienced it yourself, don’t act like you have. Real reviews save people from making the wrong choice, and fake ones just turn the whole thing into a little shopping disaster waiting to happen

"The delivery showed up later than I..."
The delivery showed up later than I expected, which was a bit annoying, but everything was there when it finally arrived. So, not perfect timing-wise, but at least nothing was missing and it ended up being fine.

"Surprisingly easy to use and checkout was fine"
I tried yourgamingshop.com for the first time and, i wasn’t totally sure what to expect. The site ended up being easy to use though. Pages loaded fast, the search did what it was supposed to, and I found what I needed without wandering around the site forever.
Checkout was straightforward too, which was a nice surprise. I entered my info, paid, and got the order details right away. No strange errors or confusing steps popped up, so I can’t really complain. I’d probably use it again if everything stays this smooth

"Security promises didn’t really hold up"
I didn’t feel great using the account settings. They make it sound like everything is secure and your info is handled clearly, but once I started looking around, the privacy details felt vague. That’s what bothered me most, there were promises about transparency, but I still ended up feeling unsure about where my data was going. I reached out to support and got a generic answer, which didn’t help much. It’s not the worst thing ever, but I don’t see myself using it often.

"Pretty good prices, honestly"
I picked up a couple of gaming codes from Your Gaming Shop, and yeah, the prices were definitely cheaper than most other places I looked at. Delivery wasn’t instant instant, but it was still quick enough and I didn’t have any real issues. Overall, good value for the money. I just wish the checkout was a little smoother, because it felt a bit clunky, a bit clunky.

I had a good experience overall with Your Gaming Shop. I did run into a small issue with my order, which was a bit annoying at first, so I messaged support not really expecting a fast response. To my surprise, they got back to me quickly, actually read what I wrote, and sorted it out without making things complicated. Definitely appreciated that and I’d use them again

On 1/23/22 I sent 100 CDs to them to be resurfaced. At that time I paid for the service. According to USPS tracking, they were delivered on 1/31/22. They state on their website that their turnaround time is less than a week. Today is 10/17/23. I have not gotten the CDs back. Their website still states that my order is "unfulfilled." I have called numerous times - no one answers their phone - and left a message each time. No one has gotten back to me. I have also sent several emails, but have received no replies. As of now, I am out 100 CDs and over $130.00. I suspect that they are a complete scam. Beware!
